The view from our room was stunning! The location of the hotel was great for winter sports and outdoor activities. The staff was friendly and courteous.
The beds were incredibly uncomfortable and made for a very poor night's sleep. The restaurant was overpriced and the food was not very good.

Convenient location, just a short walk from the train station. the hotel is also close to Tarasp Castle, which is only about a mile away! 🏰

This hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. the luxurious amenities fulfilled all my needs for an exclusive and unforgettable stay. the spa centre, with its indoor swimming pool, sauna and massages, was the perfect place to relax and unwind. the room was spacious, elegant and equipped with exclusive advantages. the restaurant and bar/lounge area offered delicious cuisine and drinks, while the coffee/tea in the lobby was a lovely touch. the staff provided impeccable service and made me feel like a VIP. the location advantages were breathtaking, with stunning views of the surrounding countryside and village.
The only minor issue I experienced was with the buffet at the restaurant. Although the food was of high quality, I found the selection to be limited and could have been more diverse.

The hotel is situated in a stunning location, high in the valley surrounded by picturesque villages, including Ftan itself. the rooms are comfortable and well-appointed, with spacious bathrooms. the service is impeccable, with attentive and friendly staff. the breakfast buffet offers a wide selection, catering to both European and American tastes. the hotel facilities, such as the spa and fitness room, are well-maintained and provide a relaxing environment. the views from the hotel are breathtaking, with beautiful mountain vistas.
There is a lack of air conditioning in the rooms, which can make them quite warm, especially in the summer months.
